I’ve been self-employed most of my adult life, first as an astrologer and freelance writer.  For the past 20 years I’ve been working out of my home as a web publisher maintaining my websites – metaphysical and New Age topics such as astrology, numerology, …

My first marriage lasted 10 years until divorce.  In retrospect, I understand that my violet was a problem for him.  After that I was married for  9 years until he died of colon cancer.   I’ve had two long-term relationships since then.

For 15 years I’ve been involved in various plant clubs but my interest in gardening and growing is waning.   I’d like to spend more time in the world trying new things while I’m still healthy.

I’ve had a variety of pets – cats, rats, guinea pigs.  Currently, I have 5 bantam chickens, 2 parakeets, and 1 cockatiel.   They all live in my sunroom/aviary.   It’s set up so that I can get away for at least a few days at a time without sacrificing their welfare.

My favorite band is the Moody Blues!
